Patagonia
Torres del Paine, the Perito Moreno glacier and the empty end of South America.
Patagonia offers something genuinely rare: extraordinary natural landscapes with very few people in them. The combination of the Chilean and Argentine sides creates a multi-week journey of remarkable variety.
October to April is the Patagonian summer. November and March are our preferred months — the most intense summer heat (January) can be uncomfortable for extended hiking.
A minimum of ten days to do both the Chilean and Argentine sides justice. Two weeks is better. The journey requires flexibility — Patagonian weather can affect flights with little notice.

Our View on Patagonia
Patagonia demands a certain kind of traveller — someone willing to accept unpredictable weather and logistical imperfection in exchange for landscapes of almost incomprehensible scale. For the right client, it is one of the most rewarding journeys we can arrange.
